Milestones

Several new scopes are underway on the 311 Mapleton site:

  • MEP Rough-In - 10/4/21

  • Exterior Skin Activities – 10/18/21

  • Cold Formed Metal Framing – 10/18/21

  • Building Interiors – 10/25/21

  • Modular Brick & Stone Veneer - 10/27/21

  • Insulation & Prerock - 11/9/21

  • Roofing - 11/10/21

  • Doors & Windows - 11/11/21


General Construction Activity

  • Concrete Foundations

  • Concrete Curbs, Retaining Walls, Secondary Walls, Core Foundations

  • Foundation Waterproofing

  • Backfill of Foundations

  • Site Work at Surgery Center

  • CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit) cores

  • Modular Brick & Stone Veneer

  • Steel Erection

  • Wood Framing

  • Metal Framing

  • MEP (Mechanical, Engineering, Plumbing) Rough-in

  • Excavation

  • Doors & Windows

  • Fire Proofing

  • Insulation & Prerock


Trucking Impacts

  • Reinforcing Steel for Concrete – Approximately 1 truck per day*

  • Masonry Material – Approximately 3 trucks per week*

  • Wood Framing – Approximately 3 trucks per week*

  • Steel - Approximately 1 trucks per week*

  • Shoring Demobilization– Approximately 1 truck per day*

  • MEP Rough-in – Approximately 3 trucks per week*

  • Concrete Pour Dates - Approximately 2-10 trucks per day unless noted otherwise

Large slab pour dates that will range from 40 to 80 delivery trucks:

  • No large slab pours are scheduled from 10/20/21 – 12/1/21

Thus far, changes have been minor in the overall scheme of things, and we'll continue putting our best efforts toward maintaining that goal.


Trucking impacts with the * asterisk are semi-truck-sized vehicles, or considered to be heavy impact deliveries, and are required to use the dedicated Dellwood and Alpine routes through the project's duration. All other vehicles will use the best available public roads.
