Monthly Development Update - December 2021

Buildings have been going up quickly over the past few months - an encouraging, tangible demonstration of the progress occurring on the 311 Mapleton site.


December Milestones

New scopes starting in December are as follows:

  • Start Exterior Skin Activities Building FG – 12/17/21

  • Wood Framing at Building B – 12/2/21

  • Start Building Interiors Building FG – 12/17/21

  • Elevator Installation at Building A – 12/20/21

Trucking Impacts

  • Masonry Material – Approximately 3 trucks per week*

  • Wood Framing – Approximately 4 trucks per week*

  • Metal Stud Framing – Approximately 3 trucks per week*

  • Roofing Material – Approximately 1 truck per week*

  • Casework – Approximately 1 truck per week*

  • Steel - Approximately 1 trucks per week*

  • MEPF Rough-in Material – Approximately 3 trucks per week*

  • Doors & Windows – Approximately 1 truck per week*

  • Concrete Pour Dates | Approximately 2-10 trucks per day outside of dates noted below:

- Foundation wall pours for Building A-West. The site will see more concrete trucks than average these days but less than a scheduled "large pour" day.

Sequence 1 – 12/9/21*

Sequence 2 – 12/16/21*

Sequence 3 – 12/23/21*


Large slab pour dates that will range from 40 to 80 delivery trucks:

  • No large slab pours are scheduled from 12/1/21-12/30/21. The next large slab pour is scheduled for 1/7/2

Thus far, changes have been minor in the overall scheme of things, and we'll continue putting our best efforts toward maintaining that goal.


Trucking impacts with the * asterisk are semi-truck-sized vehicles, or considered to be heavy impact deliveries, and are required to use the dedicated Dellwood and Alpine routes through the project's duration.
