Road Closures

Public access will be affected the beginning of March. *Please note the entire road will not be closed, only one side, leaving access for vehicles to pass with help from a flagger. That portion of road will be closed the night before to prevent people from parking there early in the morning.


*NEW* Road Impact - Full 4th Street Closure - Between Mapleton Ave & Maxwell Ave

  • 3/15: Asphalt replacement

  • This closure will span the whole width of 4th Street from the alley North of 2424 4th Street to Maxwell Ave. Paving operations will start at 9:30 AM and conclude as early as possible in the afternoon.

  • Entry to the 311 Mapleton site at 4th and Maxwell will remain open.

Road Impact #2 and #3 - Partial 4th Street Closure - Between Maxwell & Concord Ave

  • 3/2 - 3/6: Concrete replacement

  • 3/7 - 3/8: Asphalt replacement

Road Impact #4 - Partial 4th Street Closure - Between Mapleton Ave & Maxwell Ave

  • 3/1: Fire Hydrant Installation

  • 3/2 - 3/6: Concrete replacement

  • 3/7 - 3/8: Asphalt replacement

Thus far, changes have been minor in the overall scheme of things, and we'll continue putting our best efforts toward maintaining that goal.


Trucking impacts with the * asterisk are semi-truck-sized vehicles, or considered to be heavy impact deliveries, and are required to use the dedicated Dellwood and Alpine routes through the project's duration.
