The critical path for development of 311 Mapleton prior to the completion of demolition was originally slated for the installation of underground utilities. However, due to the closure of City offices per the stay-at-home order, the necessary inspections and permits are unable to be obtained for utility work. In the interim, the critical path has shifted to overlot grading and excavation.
There will be days that the dirt is stockpiled on site for future use, and others where it will be trucked off site. There will be 5 trucks running approximately 6-8 trips per truck/day when hauling is active.
All trucks will follow the routes laid out in our Construction Management and Good Neighbor Plan as shown below.
