11/9/20 Hauling + Development Update

Hauling for the current excavation phase officially concluded Thursday, 11/05/20.

As stated in the Construction Management and Good Neighbor Plan: hauling will be active for the duration of infrastructure and construction; however, it will not be continuous, as was the case with demolition. It will pause and resume intermittently as necessary to allow for other work occurring on-site.

The development team does not yet know when hauling will be necessary again. Still, haul trucks will not be running effective 11/6/20 until further notice, and a sufficient pause is anticipated while work progresses in other areas.

All critical information will continue to be posted on the 311 Mapleton Development website, and email newsletters distributed to our subscriber list as necessary to inform the public.
